I’ve heard lots of good things about [Miyoko’s Cashew Milk Mozzarella](https://miyokos.com/products/fresh-plant-milk-mozzarella-classic?ref=mischievousmonsters.com), and I was tired of it staring at me in the store when I was in my local Target’s produce section. At a first glance, it was like regular mozzarella with its texture and appearance, but it failed in application on a Margherita pizza. It didn’t melt in the oven and lacked tasting like the real deal.
