We are seeking up to 15 vegan and vegan-friendly vendors to participate in the first-ever Cedar Valley Plant-Based Holiday Market in Waterloo, Iowa.
All products sold, displayed, or promoted at the event must be vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients or materials.
Vendor Schedule
- Room Open: 10:00am
- Setup: 10:15am-12:00pm
- VIP Hour: 12:00-1:00pm
- Regular Market Hours: 1:00-8:00pm
- Teardown: 8:00-11:00pm

We're seeking 4 local businesses, nonprofits, and educators to host a holiday-themed class, demonstration, or workshop during the Cedar Valley Plant-Based Holiday Market on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at the Waterloo Center for the Arts.
Workshops should align with plant-based living, sustainability, wellness, creativity, holiday traditions, or related topics.
