Introduction
This past year, I gained 10 pounds (COVID 10) because of not going to the gym since COVID-19 started. Sadly, I felt good when I heard that the average weight gain during the COVID-19 pandemic was around 30 pounds.
I envy one of my younger sisters because she lost weight during the pandemic. Now that it’s nicer outside and I just bought an exercise bike, it’ll be much easier to regain muscle and try to get a six-pack.
One food highly associated with weight loss and fitness is a smoothie. Some people go on a smoothie diet to achieve weight loss.
Whether you want to get or stay fit or are a smoothie lover, try making these 30 vegan smoothie recipes, and maybe you’ll look and feel better because of incorporating more smoothies into your diet.

Conclusion
Last year, I started compiling some vegan smoothie recipes on Pinterest because my BFF tried doing a vegan smoothie diet. The thing is I feel like doing a complete smoothie diet is extreme. When you go from eating a bunch of solid foods to just liquids, that’s a huge contrast in what you eat.
I’m not that into smoothies because I don’t like their texture. If you’re interested in having some more smoothies, I hope you found some awesome vegan smoothie recipes in this blog post to try no matter if you’re vegan or not. If you’re serious about going on a smoothie diet, please do it gradually and don’t feel obligated to have green smoothies all the time. You can still have one dessert smoothie a day or a cheat day full of them if you must.
Let me know what smoothie flavors you like in the comments. I hope you made fun summer plans. I went on a family vacation to Alaska and to my older brother’s wedding in Chicago. Here is my vegan Alaska travel guide.
